Over the past 19 years of its construction experience, the Company has built a reputation as one of the leading Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Contractors in the Middle East. During this period, the Company has gained experience and expertise allowing it to accept any challenging project, no matter how sophisticated or critical. It is this kind of positive performance that has resulted in the expansion of the Company’s activities in Saudi Arabia.

During 2006-2007, DCL completed 3 sand dune crossings of 20 inch oil pipelines in Shayba under SAUDI ARAMCO Contract no. 3000129970 (two crossings approx 1500 meters long each and the third crossing is approx 2000 meters long). DCL owns a fleet of four HDD rigs mainly working in Saudi Arabia. DCL also has a full compliment of professional crews to operate the four machines simultaneously. The crews are multi-national (from Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia).
